Registration Fees
The non-refundable registration fee covers Diocesan Assessment, student insurance, and all classroom textbook and curriculum supplies. The registration fee is due at the time of registration. Registration fees and forms need to be completed for continuing students no later than May 1, 2026.
$450 if paid by Apr 30, 2026
$500 if paid by May 31, 2026
$550 paid after June 1st, 2026
Technology Fee
Students enrolling in Kindergarten through 7th grade are required to pay an annual $100 technology fee to cover the cost of maintenance, security, supported curriculum and application subscriptions of our 1:1 devices.
8th Grade Only- Graduation Fee
Students enrolling in 8th grade are required to pay a graduation fee of $250 to cover the cost of our graduation banquet, gown, diploma certificate, and special award costs. Will be billed via FACTS on September 1, 2026.

*To be classified as a Participating Parishioner, you must be registered with St. Vincent Ferrer Parish for at least a year, be in good standing with the Church and participate in parish activities and/or ministries.

Additional Financial and Parental Commitments
Upon admittance into SVFS there are many parental responsibilities. Some of these responsibilities include:
- Participation in School fundraisers/fundraising obligations
- Attending Sunday Masses (active Catholics)
- Attendance at 3 Parents & Friends Meetings
Required Volunteer Hours
As parents/guardians of SVFS your commitment to your child’s education begins with attending the Parents and Friends meeting every other month (a minimum of 3 out of 5 are required). 30 hours of volunteer participation per family (15 for single parent households) is also required. Hours not completed will be billed at a rate of $25 per unmet hour through FACTS on May 1st, 2027.
Fundraising Commitment
Every family is expected to complete school supported fundraising in addition to tuition which bridges the gap between the true cost of an SVF education and tuition rates. Each family is required to meet a total of $650 in fundraising ($350 fundraising commitment through our Parents & Friends Community events and $300 fundraising commitment through Annual Fund programs.
Examples of Parents and Friends Community events:
Popcorn Fundraisers, Breakfast with Santa, Crab Feed, Saints Dance or other programs.
Examples of Direct Annual Fund programs initiated by the Advancement Team:
Annual Fun Run* (November), Scrip/ RaiseRight (Year Round), Giving Tuesday (Online), Lucky to Be a Saint Raffle* (Spring 2027), Read-a-Thon* (Spring 2027). *These campaigns are designed to help families meet committments by soliciting support from outside their household.
Parents/Guardians may choose to opt out of fundraising commitments by selecting from the following buyout plans.
These costs may be paid for in full before a plan date. Modifying your payment date may result in the higher buyout fee schedule. Payments will be pulled via FACTS unless paid in person prior to the plan date.
